How does our weight loss program work?
We will subsequently follow up with you on a weekly basis, because it will help us do readjustments to your regimen and will reinforce the success you are starting to experience already.

Staying physically active and eating fewer calories will help you lose weight and keep the weight off over time. Don't be afraid if you haven't been physically active for some time, do not let that stop you. We will show you with our program how to start slowly and gradually increase your activity while you go from one phase to another.
Tip the scale in your favor - 5 magic rules
- Set specific. Realistic goals that is forgiving (less than perfect).
- Ask for encouragement from us via telephone or e-mail, friends and family can help also.
- Keep a record of your food intake (following our weight loss program nutritional plan) and amount
of physical activity that you do. A record can always inspire you. Our weekly evaluation and counseling
will track how you are doing and will support you to achieve your weight loss goals.
- Change your surroundings to avoid overeating. Plan to meet a friend in a nonfood setting for example.
- Reward your success but not with food, instead, choose rewards that you'll enjoy: movie, music cd,
massage or personal time.
